What is Reiki?
The practice of Reiki (pronounced “ray-key”) is a natural process using universal life energy. Reiki is an energy that connects all living things. Reiki energy is transmitted by trained practitioners using in-person or remote methods:

Remote: Reiki energy is transmitted from the practitioner to a recipient at a distance — it’s a way to receive the Reiki energy without being in the same room as the practitioner.
