she starts & stops
At work, the start/stop/continue planning game gathers constructive feedback for continuous improvement. At home … sheesh, why have I not though of using this at home?!
At work, s/s/c informs what the team should continue doing, stop doing, and start doing. Often, the game helps wrap-up a lessons learned session when team members openly discuss the root cause of an unfavorable situation.
At home, OMG at home I can use to edit my wild ideas and minimize the (hundreds?) unfinished projects throughout the house and yard.
Laundry … start folding after dryer / stop leaving piles and put away / continue washing right away so things don’t get stinky.
I could go on, but do you REALLY want to know about my heaps and piles?
OK … will try s/s/c to edit, plan, and clean up. Worth a try!
