For those of you who read my gratitude-focused post earlier today, I am a human being, you know today’s mindset is hope.

New Moon energy is loaded with hope and possibility, which is why the New Moon is an ideal time to let go of the past and set intentions for the future.

The solar plexus chakra is the energy center for our identity and confidence, as well as our sense of self. Located above the navel and represented by the color yellow, the solar plexus chakra governs how we see ourselves and express ourselves.
