Hello ☀️Morning. Let’s make up.
I know this seems sudden. We both know I haven’t been into you. For years and years, I sneered at the alarm clock that signaled your arrival. I put all of my sluggishness and brain fog on you.
It wasn't you. It was me.
Let’s be friends now.
☀️Morning is kinda amazing.
How did this desire to make up with Morning come about? I gave my body a spring cleaning! And that opened up space to fall in love with myself and with ☀️Morning.
Feels magical in a way, and if you’re skeptical, I understand. I only believe it because I feel the shift in all of my bones and muscles and even my hair feels joyful.

SPRING CLEANSE.
While I do a cleanse nearly every spring,1 the April 2025 cleanse will go down in history as The Cleanse that Saved My Relationship with ☀️Morning.
The Guided Ayurvedic Cleanse2 program is designed for cleansing what’s hanging out in my body that no longer serves me … meaning it helps find the gunk and ship it out via 🎉💩 poop.3
In addition, for me, the cleanse helps with “emotional constipation.” I can’t say how it works, but IT WORKS. I’m more physically and emotionally clear and vibrant after this cleanse EVERY time.
Stuck energy isn’t meant to hang around. I am grateful that I have found a way to release gunk and stuck energy from the physical and emotional facets of my body in a way that is safe, supportive, manageable and delicious.
For real, it’s so much easier to be engaged in a cleanse when the food is simple and so tasty. I also love the private chat for cleanse participants because our cleanse facilitator, Petals,4 guides us with loving kindness and is available in the chat for questions and encouragement.

I am awake. I feel taller.
I feel like nothing is in my way. Like the road before me is clear and I see the way forward. I feel SO GOOD:
I am awake and happy about it;

My all-day-body feels energized; and
MY BRAIN FOG HAS LIFTED.

I’ve done a lot of cleanses in my day and, for my body, the Woodland Wellness Guided Ayurvedic Cleanse is the absolute best.
Some cleanses are more overwhelming than others. Highlights below:
⭐️ The hummingbird cleanse (lemon juice with cayenne and maple syrup) was fun to talk about and yummy to drink, but OMG that was hands-down the absolute crankiest time of my life.
⭐️⭐️ Juice cleanses are a lot of work (when self-prepping the juice) and delicious to drink, but the absence of solid food was a drag and I spent most of the cleanse feeling really hungry and bloated.
⭐️⭐️⭐️ Special protein powder + food elimination cleanse was much more satisfying than juice and I appreciated the benefit of mindfully reintroducing foods and understanding how they affect my body. I wasn’t hungry during the cleanse, but each day was a drag and I couldn’t wait for it to be over.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Whole30 is solid and, until I discovered the Guided Ayurvedic Cleanse described here, the Whole30 was my go-to program each year for about 10 years. The 30 days can be hard to manage, so I often cut it short.
