I’m back and feeling like myself. Have a look at the video (16 seconds) — I believe it’s the very best way to illustrate my current vibe.

Backstory: I was stuck on a cluster of rocks and doing my thing (using my abs) to scoot off the rocks (see video). Looks simple, right? I’m feeling my abs today … took a lot of scoots to get back into the river’s gentle current.

I’m happy to be back in the flow of life, obstacles and all.
